A 23-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving following a collision in Tyendinaga Township Friday morning.
Lennox and Addington OPP say one vehicle rear-ended another on Lazier Road around 6 a.m., with both vehicles ending up in the ditch.
Investigation led to the arrest of one of the drivers.
Douglas Pelton of Brant County is charged with two counts of operation while impaired and dangerous operation.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Napanee December 13.
His licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for seven.
