Bancroft OPP have arrested a man following a search of a residence on November 14, 2022.
Involved in the search were the OPP’s Child Sexual Exploitation Unit and the Bancroft OPP Crime Unit.
Forty-six-year-old Richard Carroll was charged with Luring a Person Under 16 years by means of telecommunication, Invitation to Sexual Touching, and Distribution of Child Pornography.
Carroll remains in custody.
