Arrest of Warrants
On November 1, 2022 at approximately 1 a.m., Quinte West OPP arrested James Hearns on the strength of multiple outstanding warrants held by the Belleville Police Service for:
Two counts of Possession for the purpose of Trafficking
Possess proceeds obtained by crime
Careless storage of a firearm
Possess a weapon without a license,
Fail to comply with the release order
Fail to attend court
Hearns was transported to the Belleville Police Service, where he is being held for a show cause hearing on November 1, 2022.
