It was 8 Wing Trenton’s 424 Squadron to the rescue Wednesday in snowy northern Quebec.
A small plane crashed into an unidentified lake, however, the two people onboard managed to survive.
424 Squadron SAR Techs parachuted in to the crash site and provided medical attention to the victims.
They were then hoisted up into a Griffon chopper and taken to hospital.
