NOTICE: Look for Voter Notification Cards in the mail this week
Voter Notification Cards for all qualified voters on The County’s voters list have been forwarded to Canada Post for delivery.
Please check your mail! Didn’t receive your card? Please contact elections@pecounty.on.ca or 613.476.2148 extension 1020 to confirm that you are on the list and that all of your information is up to date.
Voting In-Person
Your Voter Notification Card (VNC) provides you with all of the information you will need to vote in-person through traditional paper ballot including your ward-specific voting location. Bring your VNC with you to the voting location, as well as identification. Please be aware that you must vote at your designated poll; voters who arrive at the incorrect poll will be redirected.
Need a ride? Contact County Transit at 613.392.0640 or go to countytransit.ca to arrange free transportation to your voting location.
Voting Online
Your VNC also provides you with the website and your personal voter identification number and PIN in order to vote online. You can vote online anytime within the voting period from wherever you access the Internet. Online voting will be open continuously starting at 10 am on Saturday, October 15 until 8 pm on Monday, October 24.
Remember, it is an offence to vote more than once within the municipality or to cast someone else’s ballot.
