A 37-year-old Belleville man was to appear for a bail hearing Monday following a break and enter on Davy Road.
Belleville police responded to multiple motion alarms from a business on Davy Road late Sunday morning.
While on the scene, officers observed a male exiting the building through a side door.
As a result of the investigation the male was charged with break and enter and being in possession of break-in tools.
