A week ago the Bain Excavating Rockies were on the verge of a four game sweep over Uens Pole Line in the South Hastings Baseball League championship series.
Fast forward to today and the teams are headed to Game 7 tomorrow (Friday) night.
Darcy Masterson hit a walk-off home run to lead off the bottom of the 7th inning as Uens defeated Bain 4-3. Mark Rosatte gets the win.
The final game is Friday night at 7 at Jim Uens Field in Melrose. The winner claims the Thornton Portt Trophy.
