Northumberland OPP have identified the person found dead in a vehicle in Alnwick-Haldimand Township last Sunday.
Police confirm the deceased man is 22-year-old Travis Nickerson of the Village of Hastings who hadn’t been seen since September 8.
Nickerson was found in a vehicle belonging to him but his identity was confirmed by a post-mortem on Monday.
The Northumberland Crime Unit continues an investigation and anyone with information is asked to call Northumberland OPP.
