Lennox and Addington OPP have arrested a suspect who was wanted in connection with the assault of two people in Napanee.
Police allege the victims were assaulted with a hammer on Dairy Street during the early hours of September 4.
The accused fled on a bicycle.
One victim was treated for injuries in hospital and released.
The other victim was not hurt.
As a result of the investigation, police had issued a warrant for 43-year-old James Badour of Napanee for assault with a weapon, two counts of uttering threats, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breach of recognizance.
