The Belleville Police Service Traffic Safety Unit again ticketed a good number of drivers for speeding and distracted driving in school and community safety zones Wednesday.
After ticketing 18 drivers Tuesday, officers managed to hand out fines to 22 people yesterday.
Speed limits are lower in school and community safety zones to protect pedestrians and vehicles, and fines for traffic infractions are double those in other areas.
