Water will be cut off on Main Street in Picton between Paul Street and Bay Street on Monday.
The interruption is expected to last between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
The local water main is being worked on as part of the Main Street Reconstruction Project.
Prince Edward County advised in a press release that people may notice coloured water after the main is turned back on, and says that customers experiencing coloured water can flush their lines at the nearest tap to the meter and that the water is still safe to drink.
