The Navy League of Canada, Belleville Branch, supporting RCSCC Quinte, the Belleville Sea Cadets are thrilled to announce the successful application to the Parrott Foundation Grant Program. The building at 16 South Front St. being 32 years old is now in need of significant upgrades. The funds will be used to replace the windows which are leaking and in disrepair.
The Parrott Foundation has been generous, having also funded an urgent replacement of the fire exit/lower dock two years ago. Without this assistance it would have been difficult to do the upgrades necessary.
