Another tenant has been added to Homestead Marketplace, currently under construction in Quinte West.
Shoeless Joe’s Sports Grill will open next summer creating more than 40 jobs.
The restaurant will be 10,000 square feet including a 5,000 square foot covered patio.
Homestead Marketplace is an 18-acre property located at 6 Douglas Road, just off Glen Miller Road at Highway 401.
Owner Mike Eden says a dozen businesses will offer one-stop shopping for food, home, recreation, lifestyle, leisure, entertainment and shopping, including a one-of-a-kind 18-hole adventure golf and high ropes park.
Expected completion is 2023.
