Failure to comply with release order
On August 4, 2022 at 6:55 p.m., Belleville police observed a female on Bridge Street East who police were aware had been investigated earlier the same day for failing to comply with a release order. As a result, 34-year-old Nicole Krochak of Belleville was arrested for three counts of fail to comply with a release order and later released with a first appearance court date of September 8, 2022.
Arrest on Warrants
On Augus 4t, 2022 at 9 p.m., a male attended the front counter of the Belleville Police Service to turn himself in on an arrest warrant for failure to comply with probation order. As a result, 34-year-old Nathan Irwin of Belleville was arrested and later released with a first appearance court date of September 8, 2022.
