Residents of Bancroft were lucky to escape injury after their camper truck was destroyed by fire early Monday afternoon on Foxboro-Stirling Road.
The Quinte West Fire Department, along with OPP, responded at 12:15 to find the camper fully engulfed in flames.
The road was closed for about 20 minutes until the fire was brought under control.
