The cleanup continues after a severe thunderstorm and tornado hit the Marmora to Sharbot Lake Highway 7 corridor Sunday night.
About 300 Hydro One customers remain without power Wednesday morning around Marmora and Tweed. Power is expected to be returned by 6 p.m.
In Tweed, a reception centre will be open Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. for residents affected by the storm, at the Tweed Arena on Joseph Street.
There, residents will find bottled water, tap water for larger containers, access to showers, and information of various kinds.
Many businesses and organizations have made donations helping those whose lives were disrupted by the damaging storms.
