Few details are known at this time, however there was a theft from a jewellery store in Belleville.
Sometime late Saturday, or early morning Sunday, the front doors and glass windows of Steve Marshman Fine Jewellery and Custom Design were smashed and heavily damaged.
Officers have not commented on what might have been taken, however they have closed off the store and are continuing their investigation.
The store is located in the Sommerville Centre in Belleville on Highway 62, north of the 401.
