The Trenton Golden Hawks have make another move, signing another player from the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League.
Head Coach and General Manager Jerome Dupont has acquired Jaden Raad from the Hearst Lumberjacks.
Raad, an NOJHL First Team All-Star, helped lead the Lumberjacks to the NOJHL Finals, while amassing 45 points, which was good enough for second among rear guards.
He was the NOJHL Top Defenceman for November and February.
Coach Dupont says, “Raad brings a lot to our dressing room. He is a big, strong, mobile, physical defenceman. He will be able to play in all situations. His experience playing in the NOJHL final will bode very well for our team.”
This is the third player signed by the G-Hawks over the last two weeks, and second from the NOJHL.
