To kick off the 2022 season the Trenton Rowing and Paddling Club (TRPC) will be hosting an Open House event this Saturday, June 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This is an opportunity to check out the boathouse and see the facilities & equipment to see if you want to get on the water with TRPC this summer. They have stand up paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, canoes and rowing sculls and welcome all ages from beginners to experienced paddlers and rowers.
During June, July and August, members and the public will have access to club equipment to sign out and use from the Trent River location from Wednesdays to Sundays. Memberships are available for individuals over 14 years of age with discounts for additional family members. Children under 14 are welcome but must signed up with a parent who will need to be on the water with them.
Rentals are also available for non-members and can be reserved in advance through www.trentonrowingandpaddling.ca. To learn more about the club and its activities please visit the website or check out Facebook and Instagram.
