Not one but two Prince Edward County roads have made the top 10 in this year’s CAA South Central Ontario Worst Roads list.
County Road 49 in the county has become a regular on the list and finished in fourth place but a street in Picton received even more votes from the public than County Road 49 did.
Barker Street came in third.
A street in Hamilton led the top 10.
Meanwhile Bridge Street West in Belleville made the top 5 (4th) on the worst roads list for Eastern Ontario.
The CAA South Central Ontario campaign highlights residents’ opinions on road conditions and serves as a guide for government decision makers as to which projects might be made a priority for attention.
