On May 14, 2022 officers from the Bancroft OPP were called to a residence in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands.
At the residence police located an adult that reported they had been assaulted and sustained minor injuries. One adult was arrested at the scene.
Elwood Ostroskie, 40 years old, of the Municipality of Highlands East has been charged with the criminal offences of:
- Assault
- Utter threat
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft , Ontario on June 14, 2022 in relation to the criminal charges.
