Firefighters made quick work of a tractor trailer fire on Highway 401 early Wednesday morning.
Belleville fire crews, along with support from Tyendinaga firefighters, responded at 2:30 to 401 east not far east of Highway 37.
The tractor of the transport was on fire. There was some damage to the trailer which was full of auto parts.
No one was injured and the fire was out around 3:20. Traffic flow was not seriously affected.
