The latest census data shows Canada’s seniors over the age of 85 are among the fastest growing age groups in the country.
For the first time since the end of the baby boom, the boomer generation makes up less than a quarter of the country’s population.
Many of the effects of Canada’s grey wave won’t be felt for about five to ten years, when the country can expect to see massive increases in the number of people over 85.
