Three people were arrested as part of another Project Renewal drug bust in Belleville.
On Wednesday, members of Project Renewal, with the assistance of the Belleville Police Service Emergency Response Team, K9 Unit and Patrol Division executed a vehicle stop on North Front Street and executed a search warrant at a hotel room in the city’s north end.
Police seized 23.8 grams of Blue Fentanyl and 24.1 grams of Cocaine as well as 1.9 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine and $485 cash.
Thirty-seven-year-old Jennifer Millar and 45-year-old Donna Gyde, both of Belleville, each face the following charges:
-Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking
-Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
-Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine
-Possession of Proceeds of Crime
Twenty-year-old Hailey Podniewicz, also from Belleville, is charged with one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.
All three were released with a court date of May 16.
