Belleville police responded to 65 calls for service over a 24-hour period at 5 a.m. on April 5, 2022 to 5 a.m. on April 6, 2022.
Theft and Breach of Probation
On April 5, 2022, Belleville police attended at a business in the northeast industrial park for the report of a theft by an employee. As a result of the investigation, Justin Phillips, a 40-year-old Belleville male, was arrested and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation. He was later released with a court date of May 26, 2022.
