Skyhawks football is expanding its local youth programs at the grass roots level in the Quinte region.
Along with the rich tradition of Quinte Skyhawks Minor Football, which used to be known as the Belleville Minor Football Leauge that runs in the spring, President Peter Gabriel has announced the expansion of tackle provincial football. This begins in the fall for bantam players born in 2009 and 2010.
Players will be competing in the Ontario Fall Football League.
In the future, Gabriel hopes to expand tackle football by adding teams at the U10 (atom) and U12 (peewee) programs in the fall of 2023.
