The number of people in hospital with COVID-19 remains steady according to Hastings Prince Edward Public Health.
The Public Health dashboard for Wednesday shows 23 people in hospital and two in the ICU, identical numbers to the last report on February 18.
There was no report on Monday due to the Family Day holiday.
Since last Friday, there have been 167 new high-risk cases while the number of active cases dropped slightly from 364 to 359.
Eighty-two percent of eligible HPE residents aged five and up have received two doses of a COVID vaccine and 52% have received a third dose booster.
In Northumberland Wednesday, the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit reported 10 new high-risk cases and 73 active.
