Rain, 15 to 25 mm, this evening through Thursday evening.
Freezing rain mixed with ice pellets possible Thursday evening through early Friday morning.
Snow and blowing snow early Friday morning. Snowfall accumulations of 4 to 8 cm possible.

Discussion:
A low pressure system is expected to track northeast across Lake Erie and Lake Ontario Thursday night which will bring a messy mix of wintry precipitation to southern Ontario. Precipitation will likely begin as rain this evening, transition to freezing rain or ice pellets Thursday evening and then to snow early Friday morning.
At this time the track of this low pressure system is uncertain, and as such precipitation type, timing and amounts may change.
