Napanee, Stone Mills, and Mohawk firefighters fought a house fire on Bridge Street West in Napanee Sunday.
Flames started in the garage around 9:30 in the morning and spread to part of the house.
A resident was in the garage when the fire started but was rescued by firefighters and taken to hospital with injuries but later released.
Firefighters also rescued a dog from the house.
An investigation continues.
