Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting into a proposed development near Cannifton at its meeting Monday.
Owner of the vacant property at 369 Maitland Drive Dorann Homes is asking for a rezoning to allow the construction of a two-storey, almost 400 square metre building, to allow an office and space for two service industrial businesses.
The property is next to an existing business known as HockeyStickMan.
A decision on the rezoning of the property will be made at a later meeting.
