Details are few but there was a barn fire in Belleville’s Thurlow ward Tuesday night.
Firefighters were called out around 8:30 to 1407 Zion Road near the intersection with Phillipston Road.
It’s not believed there were any animals in the barn and there were no injuries.
After about an hour the fire was declared under control.
The Tyendinaga Fire Department provided tanker support.
