Point Anne Road will be getting such needed upgrades.
Monday Belleville city council accepted a tender for the reconstruction of Point Anne Road from Fidelity Engineering and Construction of Colborne.
The job will cost $547,000 including HST.
Fidelity’s bid was the lowest and allowed council to shift $400,000 away from the project’s budget and into a general road resurfacing reserve.
