Belleville once again ranks near the top of U-Haul’s list of top 25 Canadian Growth Cities, landing in second spot in 2021.
The Friendly City moved up from fourth place in 2020.
North Bay ranked number one.
Sudbury, Quebec City and Calgary round out the top five.
The U-Haul Growth Index is compiled according to the net gain of one-way U-Haul trucks arriving in a city, or province, versus departing from that city, or province, in a calendar year.
Alberta was the top growth province followed by British Columbia and Ontario.
