Prince Edward County is asking for public input as it revamps its procedural by-law.
Every municipality in the province of Ontario must have a procedural by-law governing the way that council and board/committees meet.
County staff have worked with consultant Amberley Gavel to review the by-law and propose a number of changes.
The proposed changes are listed on the County’s Have Your Say website where residents can also provide feedback until January 14.
A special meeting for council to discuss the by-law is scheduled for January 26.
The by-law is expected to be finalized for council consideration in February.
