Councillors and committee members in Quinte West will be able to participate in meetings, even if they are feeling under the weather.
Council approved a hybrid meeting format to allow people to participate in meetings virtually going forward.
Staff set a deadline of 1 p.m. the day of the meeting to allow for staff to set up to allow people to participate online.
Councillors felt being able to participate virtually as well as in person gave members great flexibility and will allow for 100% attendance.
