Quinte West OPP are asking for the public’s help in locating 36 year old Clinton Coughlin.
He was last seen on Thursday, Remembrance Day, in the Frankford Post Office.
Coughlin is described a white, wearing a black sweater and jeans and carrying a black duffel bag.
