A Belleville man was arrested and charged with break and enter after an incident in the rural part of the city early Sunday.
Police say residents reported a suspicious person hanging around a property along Highway 37 near Ritz Road just after 4:00 a.m.
Paul Laroche-Davidison, 44, was found to be in possession of stolen property and arrested.
He has a December 9 court date.
