A north end dog park was dedicated Friday in memory of former Belleville City Councillor Pat Culhane.
Culhane, who was first elected in 2006, passed away in 2020 while serving her third term on council.

Mayor Mitch Panciuk says Culhane, who had a special place in her heart for animals, was tireless in her support of the humane society and a dog park would be something she would love.
The Pat Culhane Dog Park is located at the corner of Farnham Road and Maitland Drive.
The 2.6-acre site has been divided into two separate, fenced-in areas, one for large dogs and one for small dogs.
