When asked how many other charges are pending and how many warnings have been issued, Oglaza answered, “I don’t have that level detail in terms of the breakdown of different enforcement activities under the progressive enforcement approach. We reached out to all the premises that we normally have in our database for inspection. How many warnings or how many direct interactions – I don’t have that in front of me.”
