There will be many tours and events keeping members of Belleville’s Lahr Friendship Flight busy in Germany over the next several days.
However, Mayor Panciuk says a few of the people on the trip will be having an important meeting with executives of a Germany-based company in the German city of Selters.
Schutz Canada, which makes large liquid containers for storage and shipping, has recently opened in Belleville and the company’s expansion plans locally will be discussed.
The trip to Lahr, Belleville’s twin city, leaves Wednesday.
