The Ministry of Labour investigation into last week’s natural gas explosion at the Lehigh Cement Plant in Picton remains ongoing but one requirement has been issued so far.
Three people were injured in the September 7 incident with two of them being airlifted to hospital in Toronto.
A Ministry spokesperson tells Quinte News that the injured workers were employees of Bayshore Industrial Contractors Ltd. which are subcontracted by the cement plant.
Details of the requirement issued were not revealed.
