Another seven new cases of COVID-19 are being reported by Hastings Prince Edward Public Health, since the last report on Wednesday.
The health unit is also reporting three recoveries, for an active case total of 40.
Three of the new cases were each found in Belleville and Quinte West, with one found in North Hastings.
Four cases were found in unvaccinated residents and three were found in fully vaccinated residents.
Three new cases are tied to the only ongoing outbreak in the region, with two transmitted through close contact, one connected to local spread and one transmission cause pending.
There are still no patients being treated in local hospital for COVID-19.
Local vaccination rates continue to be fairly steady as well, with 82% of residents 12 and older having at least one shot and 71% fully vaccinated.
In Northumberland on Friday, one new case of the virus was reported.
Five cases are active.
