Lennox and Addington OPP are seeking information on a recent assault.
Police say on the night of August 7, a man was dropped off at the L&A County General Hospital in Napanee with serious injuries that were the result of an assault.
They believe the 52-year-old man was attacked by one or more unknown people in Deseronto.
The man remains in hospital with “indeterminate” injuries.
They say the incident was isolated and there is no immediate threat to public safety and are asking that anyone who may have witnessed the assault contact the OPP at at 1-888-310-1122 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
