Construction in Brighton continues to be active in 2021.
Last month there were 30 permits issued for a total construction value of $5,806,000.
In July of last year there were just 12 permits issued for a total construction value of $1,143,000.
Among the most expensive permits issued last month were single unit dwelling permits valued at $1.2 million, $1.2 million, $825,000 an $788,000 respectively.
To date in 2021 there has been a total of 179 permits issued compared to 79 at this point last year.
The permits this year have a total construction value of $87,391,000 compared to just $17,000,000 this time last year.
