Belleville police have charged a 76-year-old city woman with failing to remain at the scene of an accident following an SUV/motorcycle collision on June 9.
The driver of the motorcycle suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
After receiving a tip about the make of the SUV, which turned out to be a red Ford Escape, officers kept a watch on the area of the collision and found the vehicle and charged the driver who now has a court date on October 4.
