A 35-year-old man is facing several charges after Quinte West OPP responded to a domestic dispute in Trenton early Tuesday.
OPP arrested the suspect just after midnight as he was trying to leave the Dominion Street scene on a motorcycle.
The male, whose identity is not being released to protect the victim, is charged with spousal assault, two counts of operation while impaired and operation while prohibited.
The victim was treated for minor injuries.
