UPDATE: Lennox and Addington OPP say the two missing males were located safe and sound around 1 p.m., July 8,2021.
A search for a missing man and child is underway in Addington Highlands Township.
Lennox and Addington Provincial Police say 36-year-old Dwayne Phillips and eight-year-old Michael Rahm left from a Flinton Road address on their all-terrain vehicle around 5:30 yesterday afternoon and haven’t been seen since.
The OPP, Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit, and the OPP helicopter are searching trails in the area of Concession Road 5.
Dwayne Phillips, age 36 years, is described as 170 cm, 83 kg, with a medium build and short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a camouflage hoodie, blue jeans, hiking boots with purple laces and a black helmet.
Michael Rahm, age eight years, was last seen wearing a black helmet, black pants, white camouflage boots with lights on them and black leather gloves.
