Rescuers from CFB Trenton discovered a body near Manitoulin Island Saturday morning.
The Joint Rescue Coordination Centre was called to the community of Spring Bay, which is on Lake Huron, near the Michigan border.
The day prior, a canoe with two people capsized, not far away at Dominion Bay.
8 Wing members discovered one body, while the other person was taken to hospital with hypothermia.
The investigation continues.
