While some are slowing down and taking some holidays over the summer, busy times continue if you’re in federal politics.
Rumours of a late summer or fall election have sitting members and candidates out meeting the public at every opportunity and on Sunday, federal Conservative Party leader Erin O’Toole was in the Bay of Quinte riding visiting with his candidate Ryan Williams.
“You know it’s nice, I think it’s very important when we’re coming up to an election we have the leaders here for us and it means a lot to us and I know we’re going to work really hard to win this riding.”
O’Toole dropped by the home of Ryan and Allyson Williams in Belleville.
