Break and Enter
On June 18, 2021 at 6:00 a.m., police attended a location in King George Square in regards to a break and enter. A homeowner had woken up to find a female sleeping on the couch. The female had left prior to police arrival. She was located a short distance away. Melissa Mantle a 36-year-old Belleville resident was charged with one count of being unlawfully in a dwelling house. She was released on an undertaking with a court date of 22 July 2021.
Theft
On June 18, 2021 at 12:14 p.m., police attended a business on Millennium Drive in regards to a theft. A male had entered the store and stolen some merchandise. Police located the male nearby and arrested him. As a result of the investigation Manos Tsichlas a 67-year-old Belleville resident was charged with theft under $5000. He was released on an appearance notice with a court date of July 22, 2021.
